Photography is my life. I love to do work for clients and I also photograph daily life at home. What follows are some of the shots I have captured here at home lately. Much of my personal work is in black and white.
This is a tree in our front yard. When I really want to slow down and be deliberate in my work, I pull out a Minolta 50mm MD Rokkor-X f1.4 lens my parents gave me a while back. This lens only focuses manually on my camera, but it gives beautiful colors and a film-like look. I love it.
Pictured here are two of my three boys– Oliver is three and Liam is nine.
I crochet occasionally. This is a shrug I finished the first week in January 2018.
These are metal turtles we have on our front steps. My kids named them Irma and Harry.

This is Oliver, my youngest son.
Our dogs, Trixie and Abby.
I love to journal. This is my current sketchbook/journal.
Trixie was waiting for my oldest, Porter, to get off these school bus.
I love moody landscapes. This photo shows the mild fog in our back yard early one morning.
My husband Jared and our three boys, Oliver, Liam, and Porter.
This is Trixie’s favorite perch.
